Background

In 2019, The Walt Disney Company completed its acquisition of 21st Century Fox. As teams began to integrate, the worldwide sales and marketing teams that makeup Disney Parks, Experiences and Products found themselves frequently interacting with new partners from 21st Century Fox who were looking for synergy opportunities in the travel sales space.

The Problem

How can we quickly introduce new partners from 21st Century Fox to the Disney sales philosophy, sales channels, and project teams?
